دونالد ترامپ، رئیس‌جمهور سابق، بایدن و پاپ فرانسیس را در فهرستی از معتبرترین شخصیت‌های عمومی جهان که در اوایل این هفته منتشر شد، در صدر قرار داد و علی‌رغم یک سری درگیری‌های حقوقی و بررسی‌ها بر سر شورش‌های کنگره ۶ ژانویه، دو پله صعود کرد.

نظرسنجی سالانه YouGov که روز دوشنبه منتشر شد، ترامپ را به عنوان سیزدهمین مرد مورد تحسین جهان معرفی کرد. ترامپ در نظرسنجی سال گذشته پانزدهمین نظرسنجی بود که هفته‌ها قبل از هجوم جمعیتی از هوادارانش به ساختمان کنگره در تلاش برای توقف شمارش آرای کنگره در انتخابات ریاست‌جمهوری 2020 منتشر شد.

پاپ فرانسیس به عنوان شانزدهمین مرد محترم و بایدن در رتبه بیستم قرار دارد.

با این حال، هر سه چهره جهانی بسیار کمتر از رئیس جمهور چین، شی جین پینگ و ولادیمیر پوتین، رئیس جمهور روسیه – که به ترتیب در رده های سوم و نهم قرار دارند، قرار دارند.

باراک اوباما، رئیس جمهور سابق آمریکا برای دومین سال متوالی در صدر فهرست تحسین شده ترین مردان جهان قرار گرفت، در حالی که بانوی اول سابق، میشل اوباما، در صدر فهرست تحسین شده ترین زنان جهان قرار گرفت.

این رتبه بندی بر اساس نظرسنجی از بیش از 42000 نفر در 38 کشور در بهار گذشته است.

نام‌های مشهور در فهرست مردان شامل بیل گیتس بنیانگذار مایکروسافت در رتبه دوم، ستاره فوتبال کریستیانو رونالدو در رتبه چهارم، مدیر عامل شرکت تسلا ایلان ماسک در رتبه ششم، رئیس‌جمهور هند نارندرا مودی در رتبه هشتم و تاجر چینی جک ما در رتبه دهم قرار دارند.

معاون رئیس جمهور کامالا هریس اولین بار در فهرست تحسین شده ترین زنان YouGov قرار گرفت و در رتبه یازدهم قرار گرفت، یک رتبه جلوتر از هیلاری کلینتون و پنج رتبه جلوتر از بانوی اول سابق ملانیا ترامپ.

بازیگران زن آنجلینا جولی (دوم)، اسکارلت جوهانسون (پنجم)، اما واتسون (ششم) و پریانکا چوپا (دهم) در میان ده نفر اول قرار گرفتند. ملکه الیزابت دوم (سوم)، صدراعظم سابق آلمان، آنگلا مرکل (هشتم) و نخست وزیر نیوزلند جاسیندا آردرن (بیستم) تنها زنان سیاستمدار یا رؤسای دولت بودند که به هریس و کلینتون در فهرست پیوستند.

میزان محبوبیت بایدن و هریس در اولین سال ریاست جمهوری آنها کاهش یافت، در حالی که محبوبیت ترامپ پس از خروج از کاخ سفید اندکی افزایش یافت.

نظرسنجی اخیر SSN توسط CNRS نشان داد که تقریباً از هر سه آمریکایی دو نفر نسبت به بایدن تردید دارند و 70 درصد گفته‌اند که سیاست‌های او اقتصاد را بدتر کرده یا هیچ تأثیری نداشته است.

بر اساس این نظرسنجی، 45 درصد از بزرگسالان معتقدند که سیاست های رئیس جمهور اقتصاد را بدتر کرده است، در حالی که تنها 30 درصد می گویند که این سیاست ها تأثیر مثبتی داشته است و 25 درصد می گویند که اصلاً تأثیری نداشته است.

یک نظرسنجی جداگانه توسط YouGov و Economist در اوایل این ماه نشان داد که 54 درصد از بزرگسالان در ایالات متحده نظر نامطلوب نسبت به هریس دارند، در حالی که 52 درصد نظر منفی نسبت به بایدن دارند.

همین نظرسنجی نشان داد که 43 درصد از بزرگسالان در ایالات متحده دیدگاه مساعدی نسبت به بایدن دارند – و تنها 38 درصد در مورد معاون رئیس جمهور همین نظر را دارند.

بایدن و ترامپ ممکن است در سال 2024 بار دیگر با انتخابات ریاست جمهوری روبرو شوند. با این حال، چهل و پنجمین رئیس جمهور هنوز رسما نامزدی خود را اعلام نکرده است و اشاره می کند که پس از انتخابات میان دوره ای در سال 2022 این کار را انجام خواهد داد.
