The Farragut mansion, on the market for more than 400 days this time, has taken another price cut.
Perched above North Campbell Station Road and Farragut High School, the 15,000 square foot home at 11344 Sonja Drive is listed at $4,000,000.
Back in Dec. 2018, it was listed at $5.2 million.
The 7-bedroom, 12-bath house, which sits on more than 11 acres and includes a private gate, custom stone work and circular drive, was built in 2014 and completed in 2015.
The home features an entry-level master suite with a fireplace, heated floors in the master bathroom, a two-story library, dining suite with floor-to-ceiling windows and crystal chandelier, guest suite, game room with wet bar, chef-quality appliances in the kitchen and a study.

The mansion features four fireplaces, a five-car garage, a home theater and fitness room. There’s also a second floor sun deck, covered porch, saltwater pool, spa, bathhouse pavilion, gardens and ample privacy.
The interior is custom and includes vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan.
The home has come on and off the market several times in the last two years; most recently it was listed for sale again in July 2019 at $4.5 million and the asking price has decreased twice since then, according to Zillow; once in May to $4.25 million and again in June to $4 million.
The property, located on a quiet hill, was originally cleared for condos before going into foreclosure. It was purchased in 2011 for $387,500, according to property records.
